Congratulations to our Madam President Sr Agnes Curley who is part of the Eco Tuam Team who received a National award on Sunday from Eco Congregation Ireland. The recipients of the award were members of Tuam Tidy Towns, the ‘swifty bird’s group and the Holy Wells group, all working together to do something to protect our local environment and responding to the many pleas to save our Planet Earth. Well done to all involved. It is great to see such an award coming to our town.
