Mens results 26/2/23
This weekend’s competition was played in gorgeous sunshine and super fast greens. For the second week running Tom McHugh (18) has come out top again with 35 points from winter league rival Declan Mulligan (21) who had 34 points. Third is Michael Brannelly (22) who was one of a host of players on 32 points.
Next weekend will be over 15 holes (10, 11 ,12 NOT in play) and will incorporate the winter league final (semi-final scores do not carry forward).
On St. Patrick’s weekend we are having a team of three CHAMPAGNE SCRAMBLE running from Fri 17th to Sunday 19th. This will be an OPEN weekend with guests/visitors welcome.
Captain’s Drive-in
Our captains’ drive-in takes place on Sunday 26th at 2:00 pm and will be a nine hole Scramble.

SATURDAY CLUB
The Saturday Club at Tuam Golf Club was won by Johnathan Martin with a great score of 33 points for 14 holes. He has been featuring a lot this winter and spring.
Tom McHugh had another impressive outing shooting 35 points but as he had featured prominently before, he was cut five points off his score but still managed to be in the winners’ enclosure.

GOATS
There was another great turnout for the retired members golf outing at Tuam Golf Club with Mark Curley taking the honours with 38 points for 14 holes. That was very impressive.

There were no winners of our lotto jackpot worth €1,700 euro. Numbers drawn were 4,17,25,27. Congratulations to Marian Rhattigan who was our lucky dip winner.
