Noticeboard 17 December 2019

It was decided not to run winter league this weekend due to Saturday being a wash-out and also due to the ladies competition being cancelled and also due to the fact that a lot of members wanted to attend Martin Bane’s funeral. Dan Twomey did the trick again winning with 30 points over 13 holes (although he may thank Eugene Melvin for it ). This coming weekend will be a normal club competition but NOT winter league. Round four of the league starts on St. Stephen’s Day and runs until the following Sunday (Dec 30) which should give most players a chance to get out. The holes in play over the next two competitions are: 1 to 12, 17&18.(14 holes).
Weekend result: 1. Dan Twomey (25) 30 points

Goats Results for Dec. 11th :
1. Frank O’Neill. 2. Martin Connor. 3. Tadhg McDonagh. 4.Luke Tighe.

Condolences to the family of Martin Bane, who passed away last week.
